お肌は５つのスキンタイプに分かれます。
・オイリースキン
・コンビネーションオイリースキン
・コンビネーションドライスキン
・オイルドライスキン
・敏感
今回はこの５つのスキンタイプの中で一番多い肌質「コンビネーションオイリー」の特徴や起こりやすいトラブルをお伝えしていきます！
【特徴】
・顔の中心線、いわゆるTゾーン（鼻、あご、額）に適度な皮脂分泌がある
・乾燥していない
・キメが細かい
・ハリがある
・弾力がある
・血色がよく透明感がある
・つやがある
【起こりやすい肌トラブル】
・季節や環境の変化を受けやすい
・夏場は特に脂っぽくなりやすい
・コンビネーションオイリーは汚れ、水分不足、敏感などのコンディションでコメドやニキビができることがある
まずコンビネーションオイリーとは通常より少しだけ油分が多い肌質のことを言います。
その反対で油分が少ないのがコンビネーションドライになります。
油分が多いと聞くと嫌だなと思うかもしれませんが、
実は5つのスキンタイプの中で「老化」がしにくいといわれている肌質なんです！
適度に油分があることで、お肌を守る膜（皮脂膜）が作られ、バリア機能が強化されることでお肌を外的刺激から守ることができ、老化を防ぐことができます！
ただし、通常より皮脂分泌が多い分、余分な皮脂を吸着していかないと、ニキビや詰まりの原因にもなるので、そこは日常のスキンケアでお肌の油分と水分のバランスを整えていく必要があります。
まず一番大事なのは自分の肌を知ること！
肌表面に出来ているトラブルと元々備わっている肌の土台の部分は分けて考えないといけません。

Did you know skin is categorized into five types? Today, I’ll focus on “Combination Oily,” the most common skin type.
**Characteristics:**
– Noticeable sebum in the T-zone.
– Fine texture, firm, and elastic.
– Good color and translucence, appears shiny.
**Common Issues:**
– Affected by seasonal and environmental changes.
– Prone to greasiness in summer and susceptible to acne from trapped dirt and dehydration.
While the thought of oily skin might seem unappealing, it’s less prone to aging due to a protective oil layer that strengthens the barrier against external irritants, thus delaying aging.
However, it’s crucial to manage excess sebum to prevent acne. The key is balancing your skin’s oil and moisture levels.
Understanding your skin type is vital. Don’t be misled by surface conditions alone; addressing the foundational skin type is the best way to tackle skin problems.
