当サロンの小顔メニューでは必ず背中のマッサージから始まります。
お顔のリフトアップをしたい時、お顔ばかりに集中しがちですが、実は背中の流しが重要なんです!!
人間の皮膚はお顔も背中も足も頭も全身が1枚の皮膚で繋がっています。
一枚で繋がってからこそ、別の角度からのケアをすることでさらなる効果が得られるんです!
背中にはお顔を支える筋肉があります。
表情筋は前頭筋と側頭筋という頭の筋肉に引き上げられ
僧帽筋、広背筋という背中の大きな筋肉とつながっています。
顔の表情筋に対してのケアはもちろんですが、背中からマッサージをすることで硬くなった筋肉をほぐし、血流の巡りを良くして、姿勢を矯正しながら、背中からお顔まで繋がった筋肉を元にあった状態へと戻していきます。
