ニキビで悩まれている方で、保湿クリームはベタベタして毛穴が詰まりそうでよりニキビが出来そうだから保湿クリームは塗っていないよって方いらっしゃいませんか？

保湿クリームを塗らないとニキビが発生する原因の一つになります。
保湿に関して化粧水だけだとほぼ水分なので上から蓋をする膜がないと常に水分が蒸発し、肌のｐｈバランスが崩れ、皮脂の過剰分泌でニキビができてしまいます。
