原因1、 皮脂腺が多く、毛穴が詰まりやすい
背中は皮脂腺が多く、皮脂分泌が活発な部位です。
皮脂は毛穴から分泌された後、肌のターンオーバーにより体外に排出されますが、過剰に皮脂が分泌されたときは、その排出が追いつかなくなってしまうため、毛穴詰まりを引き起こすのです。
毛穴が詰まることで毛穴内部でアクネ菌が繁殖し、ニキビができてしまいます。
原因2、 衣類に覆われていて蒸れやすい
背中は毎日下着などの衣服に触れている部位です。
