皆さんこんな経験ありませんか？
角栓て、取っても取っても2、3日したらまたいませんか？
これ！当たり前なのです！
だって生きてるし顔から脂(皮脂)が出てるから、
誰だって角栓はできますよ！
過剰に角栓が大きくなって目立ってしまっているのは
肌が正常に機能していないからです。
肌が正常に機能していると角栓は小さく目立たなくなって気になりません。
メイクで普通に隠せるようになります。
人間なら誰でも角栓はできるので、お風呂上がりに
白くポツポツするぐらい誰でもあります。
その後スキンケアをして、まだ角栓が目立つ場合は毛穴ケアをした方が良い状態。
スキンケアをして、角栓がわからなくなるのだったら
気にしないで良い状態。
また黒くなってしまった角栓は
毛穴の中に残った皮脂と化粧品が
酸化してしまったものです。
これは毛穴を詰まらせないスキンケアや
ファンデーションを選ばないといけません。
しかし毛穴を過剰に気にしてしまうのはよくないです。
私も長年そうでしたが、毛穴への執着がどんどん加速して
1日中毛穴を気にしてしまうので手で触ってしまい
余計に悪化させてしまいます。
そこからメイクをすると逆に目立ったり、
汚く仕上がってしまうこともあります。
